Training & Certification:

  • Just as within any business you will never get a correct output if people are not well prepared, trained & tested.
  • Customer Experience Measurement through Mystery Customer Research will only be valid if correct methodologies are implemented & procedures are correctly followed.  Proper training is a vital part of this process
  • Each of our Quality Auditors needs to finish a thorough general training program finished with examination, to test their understanding of our methodologies.
  • After the general training  they have to pass customized certification for each kind of assignment. Certifications will enable them to participate in other projects.
